Generator Factory Acceptance Test
We visited the state-of-the-art Cummins test facility to witness the successful testing of one of our clients 1675kVA diesel generator. The package consists of 2-off 1675kVA generators and a 35kL diesel storage tank to provide emergency power to a main distribution warehouse and is destined for installation in January 2023.
The 1675kVA generator cabled and fuelled ready for test within the anechoic chamber at Cummins.
The generator is controlled remotely from a dedicated control cabin. Closed circuit cameras monitor the generator from all angles during the test whilst technical data is recorded and displayed throughout the test.
