Supplementing the grid at a local substation.
Problem:
During peak seasonal demand periods, due to rapid development in the region, the local grid required additional power for four months to ensure supply to all home, businesses and industries in the area.
Package:
20MW of generation which would load share and load shed when appropriate.
Technical Solution:
Installed a solution which would automatically start and stop at required times to cut down on manpower and fuel costs at the site. With the increase in blackouts across the world we are continually selling this to clients as a permanent solution.
